Smith earned his BAA from University of Mississippi and Law Degree from Mississippi College in Jackson, Mississippi. He is admitted to the state and Supreme Courts of Mississippi and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, boating and spending time with his family.
